A Funny Story About a Sticker

(Please keep in mind that all of this was before I had even heard the word twitter.)

Last summer I got some stickers made. I choose my favorite stamp, the bird, and sat him next to my web address. Hmm.. too plain. What could a bird say about my store? Oh, I know! “Tweet”. Excellent.

Except now, “tweet” is not what a bird says – it is what millions of hip “tweeters” say everyday, and the sweet and simpleness of my sticker has now turned into a social commentary which makes me seem incredibly trendy.

So, in order to pretend that this was my plan all along (evil laugh), I have joined the millions in tweeting and twittering about all craft-related endevors. Included in my tweets will be:

In reviving S02 for the summer season, I’ve been working on a new logo which will appear on fabric labels for the new line of bags, which means that it is due time for a new Sprouting Oxgyen stamp.

Doctor Penningsworth (aka Doc)

Recently Sean and I acquired a dog from a nearby shelter and I felt it only appropriate to introduce him. He is a mix of a lot of things, but we were told he was mainly pug and pit with a sprinkle of boxer. He’s a rambunxious sweet heart who is proving very quickly that he is the fastest pup in the park. He’s pretty certain he weighs about 15 pounds (oh, little doc, you’re much bigger than that) as his favorite spot is usually belly up on your lap. He is an excellent assistant.
