Waste-Not Wednesdays

Hands down, corrugated cardboard is one of the most interesting materials available.  The fact that it can be re-used so easily really comes second to the great monochromatic texture that it embodies.  I love to see creative uses for this gem of a often-overlooked material.

Cat scratchers are one of the easiest way to re-use corrugated cardboard, and as moderncat clearly shows us, they don’t all have to be rectangular.  Here are a couple of my favorite cardboard interactive sculptures.
